From a referral service taking half the profit to a presence the business owns.

The problem
Half the profit, gone before the job started
On every job the referral service sent, it took 50% of the profit. That was the price of being findable.
Beyond referrals, the business had no online presence at all — no website, no social media, no Google Business Profile. Everything else came through word of mouth.
What we found
Every channel belonged to someone else
The business was entirely dependent on channels it did not own, and paying heavily for the one that produced. Word of mouth could not be steered, and the referral service kept half of what it sent.
For a customer searching for the service directly, nothing existed. No site to land on, no profile to call from, no work to look at.
What we built
An online presence the business owns
A website establishing the business online, with a project portfolio spanning the full range of its work:
- Patios
- Driveways
- Pool surrounds
- Commercial interlock
- Storefronts
Structured so the work is findable by search.

What changed
Work that no longer costs half its profit
The business now has a presence customers can find on their own — and work it does not have to pay half its profit to receive.
