Services

If your business runs on it, we build it.

Getting found, answering the questions, taking the booking, and handling the work that repeats. Eight services in three groups — this page's only job is pointing you at the right one.

Common questions

Sorting questions, answered straight

Which service do I actually need?

Start from the problem in the table above — the service is just the shelf it sits on. If it is still not obvious, say what keeps going wrong in the contact form and we will point you at the right door, including “none of them” when that is the honest answer.

Can you take over something someone else built?

Yes — that is half of what Support exists for. The first job is an audit: what is running, what is at risk, and what it actually needs. No blame, and no rebuild pitch unless it genuinely needs one.

Do you work outside Ottawa?

Anywhere in Canada and the United States. Ottawa is where the studio sits and where we meet in person; the work itself ships the same either way.

Why does only Web show a price?

Because it is the one service standard enough to price on a page. Everything else is scoped first and quoted against that scope — a written scope and one fixed price, agreed before anything is built.
