Pricing
One number, agreed before we start.
Websites start at a published price. Custom software is quoted after a call. Either way the figure is fixed in writing before any work begins, and it does not move unless you ask it to.
Websites
What a website costs
Every website figure is a starting point — the exact price is fixed in your written scope before we start. All prices in Canadian dollars.
Starter
from $1,200
1–3 pages, contact form, the basics done right
- Up to three pages, written and built with you
- A contact form that reaches you, not a dashboard nobody opens
- Readable on a phone first, because that is where most people find you
- Your business on the map and in local search results
Business
from $2,200
Up to 7 pages, built to be found locally
- Up to seven pages — services, areas served, the questions you keep answering
- A page per service, so each one can be found on its own
- Photos of your actual work, laid out so they still load fast
- Reviews and credentials where a first-time visitor will see them
Growth
from $3,800
Up to 12 pages with booking or quoting built in
- Up to twelve pages, structured for a business with real range
- Online booking or a quote request that lands where your team already works
- Whatever you use now — calendar, CRM, inbox — wired in rather than replaced
- Written so you can add a service or an area yourself, later
Custom software
Quoted
Scoped and priced after a call
- Quoting tools, booking systems, internal software, integrations
- Priced once we understand the job, not before
- One fixed number in writing, the same as every website beside it
- Built in stages you can watch, so nothing arrives as a surprise
Most small businesses land in Starter or Business. If you are not sure which one describes you, that is the first thing the call settles, and it costs nothing to find out.
Never an extra
The things that are not line items
These arrive with every build, at every tier. You will not find them on a change order later.
A written scope, agreed before the first line of code
A staging link you can open any time, from the first week
What you need to be found locally, set up properly
Ownership of the code, the domain, and every account
Fast and readable on a phone, not only on a laptop
A walkthrough at handover, recorded so you can watch it again
Custom software
Why this one is quoted
A brochure site and a quoting system are not the same job, and putting a tier on both would mean guessing at your number instead of knowing it.
So we do not publish a figure for software. We spend a call finding out how the work actually gets done today — who does it, what they open, where it stalls — and then we write down what we would build and what it costs. One number, fixed, in writing.
That scope is yours whether you hire us or not. If the answer is that you do not need software at all, we will say so, and the call will have been the cheapest one you took this year.
See what we buildHow a quote gets made
From a first call to a fixed number
The same path whether the answer is a $1,200 website or a system that runs your operation.
The call
We ask how the business gets work today, and what you are tired of explaining. No deck, no pitch.
The scope
We write down exactly what gets built — page by page, screen by screen — so there is nothing to argue about later.
The price
One number against that scope, fixed. It moves only if you ask for something the scope does not cover.
The decision
You take the scope away and think about it. It is yours either way, and there is nothing to sign to keep it.
After launch
The Care Plan
Optional, monthly, cancellable any time. This is the one exact price on the site — not a starting point.
Care Plan
$95/month
Hosting, monitoring, backups, updates, security patches, and small changes
Skip it and the site is still entirely yours, hosted wherever you like. Nothing is held hostage.
Straight answers
What can move a price
A fixed price is only honest if you know what would change it. These are the things that do.
You add scope after we start
A new page, a booking flow, a second language. We price the addition on its own and you decide before anything gets built. The original number does not quietly grow.
The words are not written yet
We can write them with you, and most clients want us to. That is real work, so it is priced — but it is priced up front, in the scope, rather than discovered halfway through.
Something has to talk to something else
A booking system, a CRM, an accounting package. Connecting to software that publishes a proper interface is routine. Connecting to software that does not is a different job, and we will tell you on the call which one yours is.
You need professional photography
Your own photos work more often than people expect. When they genuinely will not, we say so and point you at a photographer — we do not mark that up.
Common questions
The things people ask before they call
Do I pay it all up front?
No. Payment is split across the build and tied to stages you can see on the staging link. The schedule sits in the same written scope as the price.
What if I want to leave?
You take everything with you — the code, the domain, the hosting account, the analytics. It is all in your name from the start rather than ours, so leaving is a transfer and not a negotiation.
Is the Care Plan required?
No. It exists because most small businesses would rather not think about backups and security patches, not because the site stops working without it. Cancel it any time.
What if my project is smaller than Starter?
Then say so on the call. If the honest answer is that you need one page and an hour of our time, we would rather tell you that than sell you a tier you do not need.
Are these prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes — every figure on this page is CAD. We work with businesses across Canada and the US, and US clients are billed in CAD unless the scope says otherwise.
Do you charge for the first call?
No. The call is free and so is the written scope that comes out of it. You own that document whether you hire us or not.
