Support

Launch is the start, not the goodbye.

Hosting, monitoring, updates and ongoing development — for the sites we built, and for the one somebody else built and left behind.

What we handle

The quiet work that keeps it working

Hosting, monitoring and backups

Updates and security patches

Content changes and small features

Performance and search optimisation

Ongoing development as the business grows

Taking over sites built by someone else

Industries

Who we support

Whoever built it, wherever it runs.

Our approach

Closer to a developer's number than a renewal notice

Most support arrangements are silence until the invoice. Ours is closer to having a developer's number: things get monitored before they break, patched before they're a problem, and changed when the business changes.

If we're taking over a site someone else built, the first job is an audit — what's running, what's at risk, and what it actually needs. No blame, and no rebuild pitch unless it genuinely needs one.

The reason it matters is that a site only earns while it's accurate. Hours that changed, a service you no longer offer, a form quietly not sending — those aren't outages, they're just a business slowly going back to answering the phone.

How we work

Stabilise, then improve

01

Audit

What's running, where it lives, who holds the keys, and what's at risk.

02

Stabilise

Backups verified, updates applied, monitoring switched on.

03

Maintain

Patches, content changes and small features, handled as they come up.

04

Improve

Performance and search tuned over time — kept sharp, not just kept alive.

We use AI to move faster. We review everything it writes, and we test for the vulnerabilities it introduces.

In practice

The quiet part of every project

There's no wall of retainer logos here, and we won't invent one. The honest version: every site we've launched comes with support after it ships, and the businesses in our case studies are the businesses we support.

The Care Plan is that arrangement, formalised — monitoring, backups, updates and small changes, handled without being chased. Good support doesn't make for dramatic stories, which is exactly the point.
