Industries
Different trades. The same phone call.
Six kinds of business we build for. The industries look nothing alike, and underneath they keep arriving with the same problem.
The pattern
People phone to ask what the website should have answered
It is the same problem every time, wearing different clothes.
A clinic was taking calls about which insurance it accepted. A contractor was paying a referral service a share of every job just to be findable. A studio was answering aftercare questions and price haggling by message, at all hours.
Three industries with nothing in common, and one shared cause: the answers existed, they just were not anywhere a customer could reach them.
Publishing the answers is where most of these projects start, and it is rarely where they stop. The same businesses come back to take the booking or the order directly, to get the job that repeats off somebody's desk, and to see at last which work is worth having more of. What follows is what that looks like in each of the six industries we build for.
Who we build for
Six industries, and what each needs first

These six are where we have the most to say
They are not a restriction. Most of what we build is for small and mid-sized businesses of some kind, and the six above are simply the ones where we can be specific about the problem before you have said a word.
If your business is not one of them, the first call works the same way: what people phone you to ask, what work you want more of, and what you are tired of explaining.
