Tell us the problem, not the project.

Not what you think you need built — what is actually costing you customers or evenings. We will tell you what it would take, and whether it is worth doing at all.

Send it over

Six boxes, and none of them are a sales funnel

A real person reads this. There is no drip sequence behind it and no newsletter attached to it.

We reply within one business day.

What happens next

  1. We read it, and reply within one business day.
  2. If it looks like something we can help with, we book a call.
  3. After the call you get a written scope and a fixed price — yours to keep either way.

Or email us directly

Nothing here signs you up for anything. No newsletter, no sequence, no follow-up chain.

What helps

Four things that get you a straight answer faster

None of these are required. Each one saves a round trip.

What the business actually does

Trade, town, roughly how many people. It changes the answer more than anything else you could tell us — a two-van roofing outfit and a twelve-chair clinic have almost nothing in common.

What you keep having to explain

The question the phone rings with. Hours, pricing, whether you cover their area, whether you take their insurance. That question is usually the whole brief.

Whether something exists today

A site, a booking tool, a spreadsheet somebody maintains by hand. Tell us what it is and what annoys you about it. Replacing something is a different job from starting clean.

What would make this worth it

More calls, fewer of them, evenings back, an end to double entry. If we know what winning looks like we can tell you honestly whether we can get you there.

The call

Half an hour, and nothing to sit through

If it looks like something we can help with, we arrange a call in the reply — about half an hour, at a time that suits you. No slides, no capabilities deck, and nobody reading you a list of technologies.

We ask how the business gets work today: who phones you, what they ask, which job somebody on your team does by hand every week. We do most of the listening. By the end of it we usually know whether there is something worth building, and so do you.

If the honest answer is that you do not need us, we will say so on the call rather than three weeks into a proposal. It happens often enough that we would rather tell you now.

Afterwards

What you walk away with

All of it is yours whether you hire us or not. There is nothing to sign to keep any of it.

A written scope of what we would build, in language you can check

One fixed price against that scope, not a range and not an estimate

An honest read on whether it is worth doing at all

No follow-up sequence, and no call from anybody a week later

Common questions

Asked before the form gets filled in

How fast do you actually reply?

Within one business day, by a person. That is the one promise on this page a human has to keep, which is exactly why it is the only number on it.

Do you only work with Ottawa businesses?

Ottawa is home and where we meet in person, but the work ships anywhere in Canada and the United States. Most of a project happens over calls and shared screens wherever you are.

What happens to what I type in the form?

It is delivered to our inbox by a form relay and read by a person — no drip sequence, no newsletter, no list. The privacy page describes the whole path, and if you ask us to delete an enquiry, we do.

Do I need to know what I want built?

No — the problem is enough. “Customers keep calling to ask our hours” is a better brief than a feature list, and part of the call is us telling you honestly whether it is worth building anything at all.

Free, about half an hour, and nothing is sold on it. If it turns out we are not the right people for the job, we will point you at who is.
