The problem

Staff time was going to repeat answers

Patients were calling the clinic constantly to ask the same things: which conditions the practice treats, which insurance plans it accepts, and general questions about the practice.

Every one of those calls needed a staff member to stop and give the same answer they had given the day before. The information existed — it just was not anywhere a patient could find it.

What we found

The brief was a landing page. The problem was somewhere else.

The clinic came to us wanting a basic landing page with minimal information, scoped to a modest budget. The budget was right, and we worked within it.

Discovery showed the real problem was not the absence of a page. It was that the information patients kept phoning about existed nowhere online. A minimal page would have launched — and the calls would have continued.

So what changed was the shape of what the clinic got for its budget, not the price.

What we built

The answers, put where patients look

A full clinic site covering the things patients were phoning about, with a way to reach the practice for everything else:

  • Practice information
  • Conditions treated
  • Accepted insurance plans
  • Contact form
  • Google Business Profile, set up alongside the site
A “Complete care, under one roof” grid of six cards — wellness and physical exams, vaccinations, EKG and preoperative exams, chronic disease management, immigration medical exams — ending in a “Not sure what you need?” card with the office number.
Conditions treated
A band listing on-site lab work, short wait times, major insurance accepted and same-day sick visits, above a row of accepted insurer logos under the heading “We accept most major plans”.
Insurance and practice information
The “We’d love to see you” contact block: address, phone, fax and weekday hours in one column, an embedded map of the office location beside it.

What changed

The same questions, asked far less often

The clinic gets noticeably fewer calls asking the same repeat questions. The answers patients used to phone for are now online, available at any hour.
